From my point of view, the effective communication is vital to reduce the impact of the recession on employees’ disappointment.

First of all, creat more channel to listen from the employee and increase the company’s cohesiveness.

Secondly, boss should give more motivation for the employee to increase the job satisfaction.

Thirdly, the company should take the recession chance to give more informal communication training to employee. Company and employee, to pick up the pieces together.

In any time, more and more channels for a company to make the employees’ voices heard are needed. It’s a big job of society.
