About Ethan

Motivated and Inspired Students.

Isn’t that what every teacher and school want?

Why is it that we hardly hear of praises for education systems and, far too often, hear about problems that schools are having or, worst yet, have created for their students and society?

My name is Ethan Pang. I have has been a developer and educator of youths since 2000.

I have been a product of the standardized-testing preparation and streaming education system in Singapore and first questioned its effectiveness and purpose when I was 9 years old.

The questions continued and interestingly enough, I became a teacher in the tertiary education sector.

I became a teacher because youths have been robed of their ideal career and ideal life for too long. Too many have lost their song because the society at large dictated what they should do.

Then, these same people wonder why they have to got through mid-life crisis.

My core work has been focused on inspiring, enabling, and equipping youths to live fulfilled lives of purpose, value, adventure, abundance, and personal success. My emphasis has never been what I can teach but what students can learn.

In other words, motivation.

Here are some verbatim feedback from students:

“Those are really powerful lectures that you’ve given us. Thanks a lot.”

“I do appreciate the opportunity that I could join your lectures during my stay in HK. I really enjoyed them and found them helpful. I will try to use some of the tips you recommended in the lectures during my internship.”

Thank you so much for your teaching and sharing in the PDT training.  I learned so much from you!!  Especially some practical skills such as time & work management and also the networking and presentation skills.  It really helps me to pursue my personal goal and prepare for the future life.  It is our pleasure to have the opportunity to equip with such useful soft skills in campus.  Please go ahead the PDT in future to share your experience with other students. Many of them willing to learn!
